If you change your mind about a product bought in our shop, you can return it within 14 calender days. If 14 calender days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. If you want to return your goods, please let us know before sending back the goods by sending us an e-mail at sales@studiomakkinkbey.nl

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you have received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. We will only then refund. Unfortunately we can not refund the shipping costs. 

As the product(s) are in your possession you are responsible for them and for keeping them in good condition. When sending back we trust you will (re)pack the goods properly so they can not be damaged through transport.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To return the product, you should address your product to: Studio Makkink & Bey shop, Marconistraat 85, 3029 AJ Rotterdam, Netherlands.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
