This Studio Makkink & Bey shop is run by Belle X-1 bv (a Studio Makkink & Bey company) with a Shopify webshop account and follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a law that expands the definition of Personal Data for users in the European Union.

Studio Makkink & Bey collects personal data through the webshop. This may include your name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number and similar identification data as well as information about your IP address. Personal data will be collected when you visit and browse our webshop, when you create an account, when you order items and when you communicate with us.

Your personal data is used for processing your order, our client administration, completion of your requests and provide customer support. We might contact you after sending out your order to inquire if your order was processed satisfactory and how you relate to the quality delivered.

Your personal data will be deleted when we no longer need to keep them to fulfill one or more of the purposes mentioned above. However, we will keep your data as long as needed to comply with Dutch taxes or if we are required to do so by law.

Studio Makkink & Bey will only share your data with third parties such as freight carriers in order to process you order. We will never sell your personal data to other companies. In certain circumstances we might need to share your personal data with customs or other authorities.

newsletter
Studio Makkink & Bey occasionally sends out a newsletter, with a maximum of 6 newsletters per year. After receiving your order through our webshop we will include your e-mail address in our mailing list. If you do not want to receive our newsletters you can opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter you receive.
